Claims Packages

There are three standard packages available with our clearinghouse; Silver, Gold, and Platinum. We support HCFA, UB92, Dental, DME, Vision Claims, etc.. Electronic Patient Statements

Electronic Patient statements are available through our clearinghouse at the following rates.

Per Statement Pricing
$0.65 per Electronic Patient Statement

  Optional Statement Services
                      E-View                 $35 per month
                      USPS Service      $1.00 per Transaction
                      E-Approve           $35 per month

E-View allows users to view an exact duplicate of a statement that was sent to a patient.

USPS Service is a service in which statements sent to an old address is forwarded to the new address and the new address is reported back to you.

E-Approve allows the user to preview an uploaded batch and select/deselect the statements to be processed.

Eligibility Verification

Eligibility verification allows users to enter basic information in our client portal and find out immediately whether a patient is eligible for benefits. In many cases you can determine if a patient has met their deductible, the amount of the co-pay, and what type of percentage to expect for the patient responsibility.

Live Claim Status

Tired of waiting on endless hold when working Insurance aging in your system? Well, we have the solution for you. Live Claim Status allows clients to find out online in a matter of seconds what the status is on a filed claim. Simply enter the patient’s name, carrier, policy number, Date of service, and claim amount. Our system will return the status of that claim in seconds.
